1. Store Credit & Exchange:

• Jewelry purchased from mikahsiq can be returned for store credit or exchange at a valuation of 80% of the original receipt amount.
• To qualify for store credit or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition together with the receipt, certifications (if applicable), authenticity card (if applicable), and packaging attached.

2. Bespoke Orders:

• Please note that bespoke orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are custom made and therefore cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

• -To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mikahsiq.com.my or +60184008188 within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your item name/code and reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the process.
• Customers must arrange for delivery or direct handover within 3 days after receiving instruction.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. mikahsiq is not liable for any undelivered items that results in the forfeiture of the return process.
• Customers may opt to make an appointment with our team for a direct handover anywhere within Klang Valley.

5. Processing Time:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange within 5 working days.
• If approved, the store credit will be processed, and you will receive a credit confirmation email within 3 working days.
• For exchanged items, client may request for traceable worldwide shipping with insurance (born by mikahsiq) or direct handover anywhere within Klang Valley.
